Joe Niego, as a neighborhood kid growing up on the South Side of Chicago, always had a love for hard work and helping people. Alongside his brothers, Joe was a star college basketball player and was the second draft choice of the NBA's Houston Rockets. Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, and USA Today are just some of the publications that covered Joe's story, and his career was the subject of a feature with Connie Chung on NBC.
At the end of his playing career, Joe put the same drive and determination into his real estate career and excelled in national real estate companies as a top producer.
In 1992, he met Brian Buffini and the two quickly became good friends. Together, they developed systems to proactively generate referred business. During this time, Joe wrote the famous Mayor Campaign dialog that is now used by tens of thousands of successful real estate professionals across the nation. In 1994, he started Niego Real Estate, which has grown to become a remarkably successful office. Using these referral methods, he has sold over 2,300 homes to date.
Joe has once again joined forces with Brian Buffini, teaching powerful lead-generation systems nationwide. At various Buffini & Company events, Joe presents in-depth training to help real estate and service professionals dramatically improve their business and income.
Joe Niego is a husband and proud father of five boys.
