Rick DeLuca

Rick DeLuca CRB, CRS, GRI entered the real estate industry in 1976. In his first year he had 42 sales and went on to become a multi-million dollar producer.

Averaging nearly 200 sales per year, he earned Salesman of the Year honors with a record 292 transactions. Rick later purchased the real estate company where he worked and built it from 40 to 183 agents, winning national recognition for production along the way.

As a trainer, he has conducted Instructor Development Workshops for the NAR and has been a featured speaker at NAR National Conventions as well as presenting to all the major franchise national conventions.

He was a senior instructor for the Realtors National Marketing Institute and was nominated National Trainer of the Year.

One of the most popular speakers in real estate, Rick DeLuca joined the Buffini & Company team in 2004.

He now provides expert training to Realtors^®, brokers, managers and trainers at Buffini & Company events and at special training events nationwide.
